Project work
Paid development or consulting work should be governed by a separate written statement of work, platform contract, or service agreement. In case of conflict, the written project agreement controls for that project.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our websites, templates, documentation, source materials, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client deliverables are handled according to the applicable written project agreement.
No warranty
Websites, apps, and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idle Cat Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites, apps, or services.
